✨ Overview

All services provided by Whidbey Island Witch LLC, including but not limited to psychic readings, tarot and oracle readings, pendulum board readings, custom ritual work, and coaching services, are time-based, energy-based, and personalized services.

All sales are final except as explicitly outlined in this policy.

🚫 General Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable once:

  • A service has been performed

  • A digital or custom service has been initiated or delivered

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with a reading

  • Perceived lack of accuracy

  • Outcomes not aligning with expectations

  • Change of mind

πŸ“… Live Session Refund Exception

Refunds are only available for live, scheduled sessions under the following condition:

  • The session is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time

If this condition is met:

  • The client may request either a refund or reschedule

⏰ Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for refund

  • No-shows are considered a completed session and are non-refundable and non-transferable

⏳ Late Arrivals

  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time

  • Late arrival may result in reduced session time

  • Sessions will not be extended or refunded due to lateness

  • If more than 5 minutes late, session may be cancelled without refund

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

However:

  • Any refund, partial refund, credit, or reschedule offered is solely at the discretion of Whidbey Island Witch LLC

  • Submission of a complaint does not guarantee a refund or compensation

πŸ” Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any service, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Whidbey Island Witch LLC

  • That all services are delivered as described

In the event of a chargeback:

  • You remain responsible for the full amount owed

  • The Company reserves the right to provide proof of agreement and service delivery

  • The Company may pursue collection or legal remedies to recover funds, to the extent permitted by law

Refunds will only be issued:

  • As outlined in the Live Session Refund Exception above

  • Where required by applicable law

All other refund requests are denied.
